Saffery Trust is pleased to recognise four individuals and, for the first time, one team as part of its annual Client Service Awards, celebrating colleagues who have made an exceptional contribution to internal and client service over the last year.
Through-out the year, Saffery Trust runs quarterly peer-nominated awards to recognise those who consistently go above and beyond in support of colleagues, clients and the wider business. These annual awards build on that recognition, celebrating those who have demonstrated overall outstanding client service across the year.
This year’s individual award recipient will each receive a gift voucher as well as a £100 donation to a charity of their choosing, while this year’s inaugural team award will be accompanied by a team meal voucher and £250 donation to their chosen charity.
The 2025/26 individual award recipients are Nathan Le Tissier, Claire Tersigni, Janice Hunt and Chantelle Le Cheminant.
Nathan Le Tissier, who has chosen to support Guernsey Mind, was recognised for his dedication and reliability, strong work ethic, and willingness to support colleagues and contribute positively across the team.
Claire Tersigni, who has also chosen Guernsey Mind, was recognised for her exceptional commitment, professionalism and determination, consistently going above and beyond to support both colleagues and the wider business.
Janice Hunt, who has chosen Les Bourgs Hospice, received several nominations, recognising her clam and reliable approach, her commitment to supporting others and the positive contribution she makes to the teams.
Chantelle Le Cheminant, who has chosen the Priaulx Premature Baby Foundation to support, also received multiple nominations and was recognised for exemplifying all four of Saffery Trust’s core values while delivering exceptional standards of service and support to her clients and the team.
This year also marks the introduction of Saffery Trust’s first-ever team award, presented to the Transformation Team: Joe Cardoso-Smale, Sam Ward, Jacques Maynard, Sukritha Krishnakumar and Vivian Oguadinma.
Throughout the year, the team has been recognised for their hard work, dedication and significant contribution to the business. Their collective approach, and consistent support of the wider firm, have been integral to the success of Saffery Trust’s ongoing transformation initiatives and reflect a strong commitment to internal client service. The team will receive a £250 donation and have decided to donate to Friends of Saumarez Park Playground LBG.
Lisa Vizia, Director and Client Service Cornerstone lead said: “Client service excellence is at the heart of everything we do at Saffery Trust, and these awards are an important way for us to recognise colleagues who make an outstanding contribution to the business and to each other. Nathan, Claire, Janice, Chantelle and the Transformation Team have each demonstrated a strong commitment to supporting others and delivering exceptional service. We are proud to recognise their efforts and pleased to support the local charities they have chosen.”
