Ethos
I believe private client work is, at its core, personal. Every client has their own circumstances, priorities, beliefs and long-term objectives, and I believe it is important to take the time to really understand what matters to them most.
My approach is relationship-led, responsive and pragmatic. I value open communication and believe that trust is built over time through consistency, sound judgement and demonstrating reliability.
I enjoy working through complex situations. Whether this involves careful handling of sensitive family situations, awareness of cross-border complexities or specialist financing arrangements. I am motivated by understanding the detail and finding practical ways forward.
Role
As a Client Director based in Dubai, I am focused on building relationships with clients, families, intermediaries and professional advisers across the region.
My role is to act as a local point of connection for Saffery Trust in the Middle East, helping clients and advisers access the expertise of our wider international team. This includes working closely with colleagues across our offices to support conversations around private wealth, succession planning, governance, structuring and cross-border considerations.
Saffery Trust has long-standing relationships in the region, supported by regular visits from senior members of the team. Being based in Dubai allows me to help strengthen those relationships, develop new connections and support the continued growth of the firm’s presence in the Middle East.
Having lived and worked in the region, I bring practical local insight alongside international fiduciary experience. I have extensive knowledge of sharia-compliant financing arrangements including structures owning commercial real estate, as well as experience supporting clients with complex, multi-jurisdictional needs.
Before joining Saffery Trust, I began my career in Jersey, where I developed a strong grounding in the fundamentals of the trust and private client industry. I have since worked with a broad range of international clients and structures, including those involving South African clients, UK situs assets, high-value real estate, private businesses and significant private collections.
