Katherine Edwards

Manager, Geneva

Ethos

I enjoy working closely with clients, beneficiaries and professional advisors to build a clear understanding of their objectives and help navigate often complex trust and company structures. I value clear communication, responsiveness and attention to detail, and believe that strong relationships are built through trust, consistency and following through on commitments.

My approach is practical and solutions-focused. I aim to ensure matters are handled efficiently and thoughtfully, giving clients confidence that their affairs are being managed with care and professionalism.

I also have a particular interest in sustainability and responsible stewardship. Whether supporting long-term succession planning, maintaining strong governance standards or helping families consider the future impact of their wealth, I believe in taking a considered approach that balances current needs with long-term objectives.

Role

As a Trust Manager in our Geneva office, I work with international families and entrepreneurs, overseeing trust and company structures across a range of jurisdictions.

My work spans governance, compliance, restructuring projects, transactions and the ongoing administration of trusts and companies. I have particular experience with complex cross-border structures, including those holding UK property interests, and regularly work alongside legal, tax and other professional advisors to help clients achieve their objectives.

Having worked in the fiduciary sector in Geneva since the start of my career, I have developed broad experience supporting clients with a wide range of international wealth structuring and succession planning matters.

I also lead a team of trust administrators and an accountant, supporting the delivery of high-quality client service while helping colleagues develop and grow in their roles.
