Ethos
I believe strong relationships are built through authenticity, trust and open communication. My approach is pragmatic, transparent and professional, with a focus on understanding what matters to clients and working with them in a considered and responsive way.
I enjoy building long-term relationships with clients, intermediaries and colleagues. For me, providing an excellent level of service means listening carefully, being proactive and working together as a team to achieve the best outcome.
I also value the human side of fiduciary work. Many client matters involve complex family dynamics, sensitive decisions and differing perspectives, and I believe it is important to approach these situations with empathy, clarity and sound judgement.
Role
I am part of a family office team responsible for the administration of international structures, including structures established for ultra-high-net-worth families with connections to the Middle East and other jurisdictions.
I work closely with clients, families, intermediaries, trusted advisors and family offices on the ongoing administration and oversight of trust and corporate structures. This includes matters relating to governance, legal, tax and banking coordination, as well as the management of structures holding a range of assets.
I have particular experience working with Private Trust Company (PTC) structures, complex family trust matters and structures holding commercial and residential real estate. My role also involves supporting clients through periods of change, including sensitive family situations, trustee transitions and matters requiring careful communication between multiple stakeholders.
Before joining Saffery Trust, I spent more than 20 years with a leading financial services business in Guernsey, where I began my career as a Trainee Trust Administrator and progressed to Client Director. This experience gave me a strong grounding in fiduciary services, client relationship management and the administration of complex private wealth structures.
