Effective from 1 July 2026, the promotions span Trust, Marketing, People & Culture and Learning & Development, highlighting the firm’s commitment to developing talent and creating opportunities for people to build long-term careers.

Among those promoted is Rory Jones, who becomes Associate Director (Trust). His promotion reflects both his technical expertise and his significant contribution to the continued evolution of the Trust business.

Commenting on his promotion, Rory said: “I really enjoy the variety my role brings. Digital Assets continue to evolve at pace, which means there is always more to learn, develop and bring back to our clients.”

Also promoted to Associate Director (Marketing & BD) is Tasha Symes, whose leadership has transformed Saffery Trust’s marketing function in recent years. Having overseen the firms rebrand and developed an in-house marketing team that supports colleagues across multiple jurisdictions, her promotion recognises the strategic role marketing plays in strengthening the firm’s reputation, supporting business development and communicating its expertise.
